LC Karachi organized a lecture of Dr. Tanveer Arif from SCOPE for 30 children of SEF child development Centre, Shershah, Karachi. LC coordinator briefed children about LCs & International Wetland Day, Dr. Tanveer Arif, CEO SCOPE, delivered a very interactive presentation, he told about wetlands, lakes, food chains & other environmental concepts. LC Coordinator presented EPA America's Wetlands intro, EPA resources for kinds, an EPA Word scramble game also played. A special IIP Publication America 24/7 was awarded to winner.

LC Karachi in collaboration with WWF Pakistan, Indus for all & The Citizen Foundation (TCF) arranged a beach cleaning activity by TCF school children at Sandspit Wetland Centre. 30 student participated in beach cleaning activity. The consolidated program included Art & Speech competition & a prize distribution ceremony for the winners. Total of 1500 students participated in the program. Participants enjoyed their field trip & provided certificates of participation & Shield from WWF & LC Karachi.
