East Maui Animal Refuge - The Boo Boo Zoo    
The East Maui Animal Refuge (EMAR) is a rehabilitation sanctuary for injured and orphaned animals. EMAR is licensed by both the State and Federal Department of Fish and Wildlife to rehabilitate animals including threatened and endangered species.

Camp Timberline    
Camp Timberline offers Environmental Education in the Waianae Mountains, for grades 4-6 for the children of Hawaii. The goal of this program is to offer students an opportunity to gain a respect and better understanding of themselves, their community and their earth. CHIRP (Coqui Hawaiian Integration and Reeducation Project)    
Hawaii now has introduced coqui tree frogs, loved in their native Puerto Rico. But not everyone in Hawaii loves the frogs. This site discusses the issues relating to this introduced species and the problems with efforts to control or eradicate the frogs.
